Better Sidewalks on the Way

cracked, uneven sidewalk

Construction of the 2017 Sidewalk Improvement Project has begun.  This project will repair sections of sidewalk at:

  • West side of Avenue B between Fifth and Sixth Streets, approximately 120-feet
  • Southeast corner of Avenue E/Fifth Street

And install concrete bus pads at the following Community Transit bus stop locations:

  • Bickford Avenue near Snohomish Station
  • Avenue D/14th Street

This project consists of concrete construction, vegetation trimming, grading, traffic control, miscellaneous surface restoration, and other related items.  Expect temporary lane closures, on-street parking restrictions, and temporary bus stop locations.
