Beginning the week of May 7, 2018, the City will be constructing storm drainage improvements and paving Seventh Street between Pine and Mill Avenues. The sewer trench in the intersection of Tenth Street and Mill Avenue will also be repaired and the intersection paved.
Additionally, approximately 70 feet of asphalt pathway will be constructed on Pine Avenue from the end of the existing sidewalk located at 707 Pine Avenue to the Centennial Trail and installation of a sewer manhole at the intersection of Victor Avenue and Taylor Street will also be completed.
B&L Utility will be the Contractor for this project and construction is anticipated to be completed in July 2018.
We are notifying you in advance that this project will generate construction noise within your neighborhood Monday through Friday during the contractor’s working hours of 7AM - 7PM.
Temporary Access Delays
Seventh Street between Pine Avenue and Mill Avenue, and the intersection of Tenth Street and Mill Avenue, may be temporarily closed or experience traffic revisions at separate times during project construction.
We will make every effort to minimize these disturbances, however, we ask that you please anticipate these traffic delays during construction and plan accordingly. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.
