Bickford Avenue Corridor

   The Bickford Avenue Corridor runs from Hwy 2 to Hwy 9 and is one of the main gateways to Snohomish.  The area has good visibility from Bickford Avenue and Hwy 2 and some of the largest single ownership parcels in the city.  The area is primarily zoned for business park (BP).

     The corridor provides a transition between the rural lands surrounding the city and the developed commercial uses along Bickford and Avenue D.  Except for a car dealership, some manufacturing plants and several new office park projects the area is largely undeveloped.  The area will provide for large site projects in an office or business park setting with distinct environmental features that will enhance the development.
