Destination Snohomish

Snohomish has become much more than just "The Antique Capital of the Northwest".  Snohomish is now recognized as one of Washington's premier daytrip destinationsSnohomish's Historic District serves as a backdrop for annual shows and festivals, including a tour of homes, tour of gardens, classic motorcycle show, classic auto show, and other community festivals which attract up to 20,000 visitors a day

Tourism and lots of on-foot shopping traffic create an energetic and busy retail core.  The downtown core is prosperous now, and the future looks even brighter.  A new attractive Visitor Information Center is being built downtown. In addition, a River-Front Boardwalk is being built to tie the Visitor Information Center and the river to the rest of the City.

Nearby Snohomish you can find beautiful rolling hills and scenic valleys. The local area is considered one of Washington's best biking spots and several golf courses dot the surrounding countryside.

A number of Snohomish's Victorian era homes have been converted into Bed and Breakfasts.  The blend of Historic Downtown Snohomish, its charming amenities, and the picturesque backdrop is the perfect combination for a destination resort development.
