person of interest in a sexual assault that occurred in the city on 1st
Street near Avenue A between the hours of 9pm and 1:30am on the evening

Armed Robbery
Snohomish Police are asking for assistance
in identifying the male responsible for an armed Robbery.
One early Saturday morning, August 28th, 2010 at
approximately 2:50a.m., there was an armed robbery at a
business located at the 800 blk 1st Street, Snohomish. A
lone male subject pulled a silver semi-automatic pistol with
night sights from his waistband, approached the business
owner and another male, pointed the gun at them and demanded
money. The owner told the male he would have to go get the
money and was able to make enough noise to scare him away.
The male fled on foot and then got into a silver 4 door
passenger car.
 The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 20-30
years old, 6”00 – 6”02, 195-200lbs with a thin mustache.
Suspect vehicle described as a silver 4 door passenger car.
The gun used in this crime was a silver automatic pistol
with night sights.
